Summer Multicultural Arts Camp

 

 
A unique program of cultural study through the arts, including drum, dance, drama, art, language, games, sports and martial arts from around the world, with funding assistance from Metro-Nashville Arts Commission, Tennessee Arts Commission, The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee and The Predators Foundation.

Our Summer Multicultural Arts Camp is an extension of our school outreach program, Passport to Understanding. Through weekly sessions targeting specific cultures, camp participants will be introduced to dance, drum, art, language, games and sports from around the world. Students will become familiar with the sights, sounds, tastes, arts and traditions of a multitude of cultures, with frequent pauses for dialogue and reflection on the similarities of our diverse human family.

$25 nonrefundable registration fee

$100 per week members

$125 per week nonmembers

$500 prepaid for all six weeks if paid by June 1
